Lignoplast NA (Sodium Lignosulphonate)

General Description

 

Lignoplast NA is a high quality, dry powder sodium lignosulfonate product (the sodium salt of lignosulfonic acid). It is manufactured in a sodium sulfite mill producing dissolving cellulose from a feedstock which is a controlled mixture of softwood. The cellulose is bleached in a Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) process in a closed loop bleaching plant (CLB).

 

Lignoplast NA is based on raw material from the dissolving pulp process, which is fermented to greatly reduce the free sugars. The energy source for the spray dryer is renewable biogas and steam produced from biomass. Typical applications include: concrete admixtures, ceramic process additives as well as
